In order to meet its goals, Allianz needed to build a reliable messaging channel that could easily integrate with its various systems, including a database, email, helpdesk, and more. MobilChange (DS UMS) met those needs and is currently used throughout the company, including to send relevant news to clients and field workers, to issue reports and tickets from an internal helpdesk to relevant employees, and to provide information about internal system errors to the IT department.
